"Company", "We", "Thairoute.com" mean Thairoute.com Co., Ltd., a limited company which operates ticketing system service business. "Transportation company", "Transportation service provider", "Bus service provider" mean a company which operates bus business and appoints or franchises Thairoute.com to distribute and manage tickets. "Passenger" or "You" means any person other than service staff on the bus, who travels or shall travel with a bus or a vehicle the Company is authorized to deal with the ticket thereof. "Luggage" means personal belongings you are carrying with you while traveling including registered and unregistered luggage, unless otherwise prescribed. "Fee", "Fare", Service charge" mean fare, expenses and conditions related thereto. "Website" means website www.thairoute.com, www.busx.com and/or website permitted for linkage with Thairoute.com and/or platform of Thairoute.com made available for passengers to reserve their seats online.
1.1 These terms and conditions are applicable to all passengers and those dealing with the Company, which shall become effective after a ticket has been purchased from the Company. These terms and conditions apply to bus routes for which Thairoute.com is authorized to distribute and manage the tickets thereof.
1.2 These terms and conditions are drafted in the Thai language. In case they are translated into another language, the Thai version shall prevail in the interpretation thereof, and in case terms and conditions of the Company are not consistent, these terms and conditions shall prevail except if otherwise specified herein.
2.1 The Company does not issue paper tickets to passengers in order to alleviate passengers’ burden in keeping the tickets. However, e-mail, electronic ticket and message sent by the Company to you via mobile phone are deemed evidences in trading of services between you and the Company. The itinerary, these terms and conditions and regulations of the transportation company (including relevant fees) combined shall form terms and conditions of service agreement executed between you and the Company.
2.2 Fares are expenses incurred from the use of bus service from the original station to the terminal only. Fares shall not include processing fee, distribution channel service charge, payment point service charge and other expenses relating to ticketing system service provision. The Company is a provider of online ticketing system services only. Bus service provision is the responsibility of the bus service provider as per agreement and operation standards made with the Company by the transportation company selected by you.
2.3 Transfer and amendments to the service agreement between you and the Company may be made as per conditions prescribed by the Company or the transportation company selected by you only.
2.4 Identification. You shall identify yourself while registering and/or receiving ticket before boarding the bus by producing the Booking ID and identity card with your photo, e.g. citizen identity card, passport or other card issued by competent authority, and some bus service provider may request you to produce evidence of payment or itinerary. In case the transportation company accepts electronic tickets, you may use electronic ticket in such form and by such means as determined by the Company for your journey in lieu of paper ticket.
3.1 The Company opens for seat bookings through website www.thairoute.com, www.busx.com application in mobile device, websites authorized to link with the platform of Thairoute.com, telephone, ticket distribution points, automatic vender machine (kiosk). Booking must be made before the journey scheduled in the booking system. After finishing the reservation, you shall receive a Paycode and must pay through a designated payment channel properly and fully within such time as fixed for such booking. If you fail to pay within such time as fixed, your booking shall be automatically cancelled.
3.2 The payment channels designated by the Company shall be notified on website or application at the payment stage, or by an officer at the channel you make the booking.
3.3 Seat selection. In booking seats, some transportation companies allow you to select your seats. However, the Company and/or the transportation company reserves the right to make any change to the trip or the seats without notice.
3.4 Booking confirmation. Your seat booking shall be confirmed after you have made the payment properly and in full and within the fixed period only. You may check your booking status confirmation at website www.thairoute.com, www.busx.com or other channel where you made your booking.
3.5 Change to travel details
3.5.1 Passenger’s name change may be made via website www.thairoute.com, www.busx.com or Call Center No. 02 269 6999, or other channel where you made your booking with passenger’s name change service available.
3.5.2 Traveling date change. You must notify at least 2 days before the scheduled traveling date (some transportation service providers may prescribe differently, which shall be advised at the booking stage), with traveling date change fee of not exceeding 80 Baht per seat (excluding payment point service charge). The Company reserves the right not to refund the difference in case of change to a trip with a lower fare, and you must pay the deficit in case you change to a trip with a higher fare.
3.5.3 Non-specified traveling date change. In case you request non-specified traveling date change, you must specify the traveling date within a period of not exceeding 90 days of the date you notify the non-specified traveling date change. If you fail to specify the traveling date within such period, it shall be deemed that you waive the right to make use of the service and you shall not claim refund of the fare you paid for the seat booking.
3.5.4 Ticket return. You must notify at least 1 day before the original scheduled traveling date (some transportation service providers may prescribe differently, which shall be advised at the booking stage). Customers paying the fares through Counter Service and BigC shall be subject to a service charge of 20% of the ticket price and a processing fee of 30 Baht/time. The money shall be refunded within 4 weeks.
3.5.5 Traveling date change and ticket return services are made available by some transportation service providers only. The Company shall inform on transportation service providers with traveling date change and ticket return services available at the ticket reservation stage.
3.5.6 You are aware that you shall disclose your personal information to the Company for use in booking seats for traveling and to confirm the seat reservation, including to procure and present additional services and facilities.
4.1 You shall arrive the station or the boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to undergo the registration and travel confirmation procedures (checkin and/or receive the ticket) at the registration counter of the transportation company selected by you, or to wait for boarding in case the service provider accepts electronic ticket. It is yourresponsibility to comply with details of the schedule you are notified by the Company when you made the seat booking. In any case, the Company reserves the right to deny your travel if you fail to register to confirm the travel within such time as fixed above, or fail to produce complete and proper documents, and are not prepared to take the travel. The Company may deny your travel and shall not be liable for any loss or expenses incurred from your failure to comply with this clause. In such case, the seat booking shall be deemed void and non-refundable.
4.2 If you fail to register to confirm the right within the scheduled time period at the registration counter, including your failure to board the bus on time, you shall not be able to claim refund of the fare you paid for the seat booking.
The bus service provider may prescribe additional terms and conditions in providing the services, and such additional terms and conditions of the bus service provider shall be deemed an integral part of these terms and conditions. If any term and condition are not prescribed in these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the bus service provider selected by you shall apply, but if any term and condition are contradictory to these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply.
